Flame Cutting

We offer flame cut steel profiles from 5mm up to 500mm. We have a number of machines set up to work on either 1 head or  multiple heads meaning we are able to cut one off profiles or batch production runs. We are part of one of the the UKs largest flamecutting groups with four sites across the country and over 65 years trading experience. This means we have been able to develop and grow some of the most experienced and skilled flame cutters who are able to cut standard profiles and more complex triple cut profiles with ease. Our maximum bed size is 12.7 metres x 4 metres we offer accuracy +/- 1mm to 3mm depending on thickness.

Materials we cut

We offer a range of standard steel materials along with specialists grades. Our standard steels include S275JR and S355J2+N. The specialist steels include S690 and RQT701. For more on the materials we offer see the steel grades we stock.

Post flame cutting processes
