Machined Flame Cut Profiles

In the last week we have been working on a regular job for a repeat customer. One of the reasons we have such a high level of customer satisfaction is the time and money we save our customers. This saving is achieved through our ability to offer a range of services not just flame cutting. This specific job requires a few different processes to produce the finished machined flame cut profiles. Instead of needing to go to multiple suppliers our customer knows they can come to us and specify exactly what they want and we will arrange for the additional services, in this case machining and barrelling. In the photos below you can see the machined flame cut profiles being cut, they are then barrelled before being machined to produce a radius at both ends. These machined flame cut profiles are cut from 70mm thick S355J2+N, they will eventually be exported to Germany and Italy.
